How the Trial Works

To qualify for a refund under our Risk-Free Trial, you must provide “Before” and “After” photos demonstrating the lack of results after 60 days of usage.

Return Requirement: To receive a refund of the product price, the device must be returned to our facility without any damage at the customer’s expense.

The Seamless Alternative: To avoid the cost and hassle of international return shipping, customers may opt for an Immediate 50% Refund

Damaged Shipments

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
All verified transit damage claims will be settled via a Replacement of the affected items.

Exclusions & Fees

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

All requests are subject to a mandatory internal audit. Refunds are only processed once the items are received and inspected at our warehouse.
